While it may seem odd to become somewhat fully reliant on a vendor partner, the expertise that Ascend offers will actually get you up to speed and you will learn (if you choose to) along the way. So settling in to that sooner and “trusting the process” would have relieved stress on my side. But there’s nothing the Ascend team could have done to expedite that.
