It was an enormous amount of work. UKG software did not integrate with our system. The flow of the project was wrong. We filled out spreadsheets for weeks. Then UKG wanted us to watch videos on how to navigate while they built our platform. They missed 2 deadlines for go-live. They pulled data prior to go live and created an enormous tax issue. I can keep going on.
