Considering the extensive nature of the WFM implementation and the necessity for thorough training, I recommend evaluating the project timeline and deadlines. Specifically, providing training to individuals assisting with the testing phase before testing commences would significantly benefit those encountering the new platform for the first time.
Identifying potential testers early in the project lifecycle is crucial. If these testers are not part of the core project team, it’s even more essential that they receive comprehensive training materials prior to the testing phase.
In our current situation, it’s noteworthy that approximately 90% of the testers were not involved in project discussions, overviews, or the UKG University training. Addressing this gap by prioritizing pre-testing training will undoubtedly lead to a more effective and informed testing process.
