I think that it really matters on the solutions consultants that you work with at UKG. Additionally, our SMEs that were leading the project, left in the middle of the project. It has been difficult to catch up and take over the implementation. Michelle at Hybridge has been instrumental as our advocate and helping us implement a system that fits for our business. We could not do it without her.
