Montefiore is an institution with a lot of complexities. We often come across a lot of adhoc requests and unexpected scenarios. Monica has a deep understanding and knowledge of our institution’s policies / bargaining agreements; she reviews and provide system solutions to help and resolve our issues. In addition, Monica’s knowledge of payroll validation process was instrumental in our joint Workday and UKG payroll parallel testing.
