SCOPING ACCURACY:
How well did your implementation partner scope the work and understand your needs during the pre-sales process?
Partner scoped and quoted the work well, but our needs changed during implementation
Was the implementation team who actually performed the work the same team that was proposed?
No change
What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
The issues we have are with the complexity of our own company but also some limitation in the software. Our partners at Axsium have all been extremely knowledgeable and helped up solve on-going problems and helped up set up new policies and continue to help in our ever changing environment.
If I were to change one thing about Kronos, it is that they have some of the same retrictions with time off plans that are use as it relates to timecards. For example, edits cannot be made to time cards once a pay period is closed. The same holds true for assigning a accrual profile but many of the changes related to assigning an accrual profile are retroactive (ie promotions or changes in status full time to part time)
