Asking more questions up front about what the requests are for to make sure we are providing the correct information. Fully understanding up front the differences between US and Canada even though it is one system.
None of us have ever gone through an implementation this stressful and this big before, and it has been the smoothest process even on the most stressful of days. We could not have done it without Jubilant and it was easy because of them. We wouldn’t change anything.
