Clients should spend more time prior to kick off of the project to create the internal project team and define expectations/responsibilities. The more documentation you have on your HR & Payroll processes, the better. This will help to uncover some items that may take some more analysis than originally planned.
Mosaic Consulting Group is a fantastic partner through our original UltiPro implementation and continue to be involved with other projects. They were able to help keep the group focused on the overall task at hand while teaching us many different things about UltiPro.
