The implementation was intense (as most are), but it felt like, at times, that one of the consultant was a little scattered. The consultant would say “oh, I’ll take care of that” — and would, but then we would go and try to adjust or fix something or something didn’t work quite right, we could never find where it had been set to begin with. So there were a few crossed wires on some settings & roles/permissions.
