Unrealistic expectations were set from U4 at project outset from sales team about time-frames and resource requirements. 21-days with low levels of SPS resource input was stated on more than one occasion which was never going to be the reality.
However, from project outset (when PM came on-board) the project was delivered on-time and within budget with clear allocations of work activities and resource requirements.
