Very challenging timescales resulted in not all modules being implemented, but on reflection the original plan was perhaps unrealistic.
Our delivery partner, Myriad, ensured the core modules were implemented on time to allow us to pay staff, suppliers and adopt our new automated control framework via the configured workflows.
Myriad ensured all key stakeholders were kept informed on progress/implementation throughout.
