What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
Our expectations were the same as the support we received in the previous upgrade series 4 years ago. We did not really understand that it would be us as a customer who would be the locomotive and the U4 “carriages” – the support. We wanted more frequent dialogue, and joint collaboration with the application consultants. We wanted the consultants to take more initiative and be more proactive and informative. There was a slight difference in quality of support from the consultants in the various modules. We had a budget for more hours than what was used, which in itself was good that the costs were less. Our time could have probably been used better. The project was started in COVID-19 time and that we did not have a major joint start-up meeting with both U4 and UK and all project participants. We believe this affected the continued work. In general, we are still satisfied with the implementation.
