I truly enjoyed working with the implementation team – they were supportive throughout and went above and beyond!. The project was challenging as we only had basic requirements with a very aggressive timeline. I truly appreciated the team’s engagement, particularly in the design phase, as their involvement helped to provide clear design requirements for multiple sites that enhanced current processes. As changes in the requirements were communicated, they were able to adjust and incorporate seamlessly. The project deliverables were provided on time, and as challenges arose during the go-live, they were exceptionally responsive and supportive – at all hours of the day/night! Almost all challenges during the go-live revolved around inaccurate data or other connecting systems, but the team was able to provide quick solutions for these areas as well. It was a pleasure to work with John and Jawaid. Thank you!!!!!
