SmartPM took over after the Unit4 DE consultants left. We had issues with that first part not being completed correctly. The part that smartPm.solutions did was on schedule. Since there were various issues with the first part that smartPM.solutions had to fix for Unit4, the go-live was delayed.
Something that is very positive is that the consultants were always available.
