Project Management was changed during the implementation process. We were very unsatisfied with the first team leader. After the change the project implementation went well. This is why our feedback is mixed and only an average rating. To give the correct rating for this questionnaire, I would have to focus only on the second part!
Cooperation with Finance and Technology Consulting was very good and very customer focussed! Rating the process after switching to Finance and Technology Consulting would be much higher.
