What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
Unfortunately we experienced more than one change of consultant during the implementation. We learned that the speed and the way the solutions are built strongly vary between the different UNIT4-consultants involved. I am convinced that if we would have had the last two consultants (Schneiderlöchner and Praher) right from the start the implementation would have been much faster. It is although important to notice that our solution has some built-ins that are far away from the standard product. In the end we are very satisfied with the results achieved. Some features are even above expectation. The Ratings within question 10 reflect our experience with the mentioned two last consultants.
