Since we were a new school with no legacy systems to migrate from, we found that Unit4’s team was not prepared to provide us with the guidance we needed when it came to preparing for implementation (e.g. UAT, IST). However, the support provided by the subject matter experts on how to configure Unit4 was excellent.
