We have a strong partnership/relationship with IN-RGY that began with our first meeting to develop our business requirements, followed by working side by side for our system configuration and implementation. This strong relationship remains in tact today as we continue to value the support and expertise they bring to the post-live phase of the project (Training, configuration updates, quality control, etc.). Our project required a lot of flexibility on the part of our implementation partner and IN-RGY handled all of it with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to see us be successful.
Selecting the right partner is critical to the success of an implementation of this nature and IN-RGY was absolutely the correct partner for us.
