What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
The “Lessons Learned” for this project is to document key decisions to make the implementation easier. Trying to remember off of tickets or emails only slowed us down.
Another key point is to take the training courses as the project is getting implemented to make sure everyone is learning how to use the software before go live. Trying to catch up on the training while implementing was quite challenging.
