These partners were organized and fabulous to work with, keeping us on time and providing a super helpful and responsive team. The team was flexible and supported us at all hours due to global teams availability. Client Service support was committed and passionate to make sure we were knowledgeable and optimizing functionality in support of creating the best product. Provided multiple walkthroughs, trainings, one on one calls across regions and creation of UAT reporting dashboards. Delays and timeline changes were based on internal decisions and issues.
