This project is an extension to our previously set up modules (add-on), following a successful product/feature presentation provided by our consultant. The demonstrated module matched our organisational needs at the time of presentation very closely and at a reasonable investment.
Our lead consultant guided us through the whole process starting from requirements definition through project planning, implementation and customisation up to Go-Live and further development. A very big plus were consulting services provided during the implementation process. Based on their vast experience with other customers and projects our consultants provided useful recommendations and showcases of features that helped us to even better meet our organisational needs. Several of the features we chose to implement during the process surpassed our expectations and/or provided functionalities that were not even included in our initial requirements definition but contribute strongly to our planning and analytical needs.
We are very satisfied with the support and know-how provided by our implementation partner. Our implementation schedule was met precisely and at the budgeted cost, response time to requests – even on short notice – was incredibly quick, and features were implemented with a very strong attention to details at every level.

We worked closely with the FP&A (Prevero) consultant (Markus Edlinger) in workshops which we found was very useful during development and quickly enhanced our knowledge of the product. Markus quickly understood our systems and requests and therefore was able to implement a solution much sooner than we had expected. Markus has shown commitment and flexibility throughout the project which has been greatly appreciated.

We have found that in the rare event that Markus was not available the support from the general FP&A help desk was not up to the same standard. They were slower than we would have hoped (e.g. requiring copies of databases etc).

SmartPM took over after the Unit4 DE consultants left. We had issues with that first part not being completed correctly. The part that smartPm.solutions did was on schedule. Since there were various issues with the first part that smartPM.solutions had to fix for Unit4, the go-live was delayed.

Something that is very positive is that the consultants were always available.
