We didn’t fully realize the extent of the tax issues until Chris and Chele began the project. Once they did, it became clear there were many deficiencies from when we initially went into production. As a result, the original project timeline had to be extended to allow time to address the numerous and ongoing issues with our third-party tax vendor. The lesson learned is that it would have been beneficial to engage with PayTech much sooner.
