SuccessFactors implementations cannot be rushed. Plan and estimate timelines as accurately as possible. The in-country complexities were definitely challenging and made it difficult to maintain all of the timelines. Don’t underestimate Resources. Resource up as much as possible. Our Partner always worked very well with us. It was very ‘we’ centric, not ‘them’ and ‘us’. We always worked on challenges together and had very close alignment on dealing with issues and continue to do so to manage this project effectively.
