the Project Manager (from UKG) was less than stellar; although the consultant for Time Keeping was exceptional.
we should have obtained additional resources so that our SMEs could be 100% focused on the project.
we spent a lot of time on integrations; and had big decisions to make without really knowing all the implications of those decisions…which resulted in having exception tables that make it difficult to maintain.
