I believe having an implementation partner like HCMpact who has strong HR/Payroll consultants who also understand the software is essential to getting it right and maximizing the value of the system. Knowing how to get the system to do what you need is invaluable and save so much time and frustration in the long run. HCMpact were brilliant at helping us find ways to accomplish what we need in our system even if that specific function isn’t available.
