Working with HRchitect is always a pleasure from my perspective. Every consultant I have personally worked with has been very knowledgeable and responsive. If they didn’t know the answer offhand, they always follow up with one in a timely manner. This project was fairly straightforward – once we completed our task (file creation), JimBob was very prompt in taking care of his (SFTP setup). JimBob also took the time to assist us in reviewing the file itself. This, in my opinion, was going above and beyond.
