Our organization was taking this opportunity of a new system to implement new policies. This added extra confusion during our discovery phase. We should have solidified all of our desired policy changes in advance of entering the discovery phase. We had a lot of can WFM do this, then we will need to rethink that policy. Align worked well with us through that discovery process. Align was with us through every step of the process and helped us lean into recommended best practices that we could model after.
When there were knowledge gaps with unique situations of the software implementation Align had a bench of consultants that they could rely on to find the answer and work through the issue.
