What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
My lessons learned: When we created plans in the Phase 1 project we reviewed the configuration report to look at the setup and confirm it was right. When we moved plan years in our Phase 2 (Open Enrollment) projects, I don’t recall reviewing the configuration report. I believe that would have alleviated a few small mistakes.
