Overall, it was a great experience. Our consultant, Sia, was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and customer-focused throughout the project. He took the time to understand our needs, provided clear guidance, and was proactive in addressing questions and challenges. One lesson learned is the value of maintaining open and consistent communication—it really maximizes the benefit of the partnership and ensures smooth implementation. I would highly recommend working closely with the consultant to leverage their expertise fully.
