We had about a month to plan for our payroll manager’s leave, and we immediately thought about Jennifer because she had consulted for us before. We were so glad she was available. She hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time, kept payroll running smoothly throughout the entire leave period, and was a pleasure to work with.
