RSM was a key partner in rescuing our UKG go-live. Our project was three years behind schedule and hundreds of thousands of dollars over budget. When I joined the organization as our internal project lead, I knew I needed to lean heavily on a partner to meet our timeline goals as our internal team was not aligned and did not have the skill to meet the deadlines. RSM stepped up to the plate in a big way and help us achieve all of our goals on time despite having to incorrect work of previous partners.
