What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
Partnering with Sability to optimize our UKG system was a valuable experience. One key lesson learned is the importance of having a foundational understanding of the system before engaging in a partnership. Being able to speak the same language as the consultants and understand the system’s core functions allowed for more efficient problem-solving, better collaboration, and a clearer alignment of goals.
It was extremely helpful to approach the project with both operational insight and technical curiosity. This combination ensured that our internal needs were accurately translated into system configurations and process improvements. Overall, the collaboration was productive, and the project strengthened both our team’s confidence and our ability to leverage UKG’s full capabilities going forward
