Tool to Help Assess Readiness for Change

The free 14-question assessment can be completed by any project team member from an executive decision maker to end user and will provide a scored report at the end which can help identify any areas of risk. Stakeholder Support. Every project should have an active Project Sponsor/ Executive that is a strong champion and other senior Stakeholders who understand and support the project plan and goals.
Project Management. A Project Manager should be selected who is sufficiently skilled and capable of managing a project of this size, complexity and the resources involved.
Project Team. Project Team Members must be selected. They and their managers should be aware of the time commitments required, and they must have the available time and skills to participate effectively.
Change Management & Communications. A cohesive Change Management and Communications plan should be developed and executed throughout the project.
Project Planning & Preparation. The scope of the project must be documented and agreed among all parties. The order of events, planned effort and timeframes of major project tasks should be documented and reasonable.
What Next?
After taking the assessment, customers will likely have questions about their scores, which Sability can help answer.
What happens if a customer scores lower than they thought they would? Does that mean a customer has to scrap their plans for their project?
Not necessarily. What this assessment shows is where the risks potentially are. It allows a customer the ability to bridge the gaps ahead of time, and in some cases using a partner like Sability if they find they don’t have the resources internally to manage a project like this.
