Overall, the project was a positive experience. Best advice would be to have a very experienced project leader internally, who gathers all the needed resources and information prior to the first planning sessions with the vendor. Very important to have a strong IT resource internally who can commit to the time required when system integrations are planned. Our dedicated support representative, Steve Glaser, from HRchitect has been very supportive and patient given many of our team members had no previous knowledge of the software implemented. His knowledge and expertise has made the ongoing maintenance/support process quite painless despite the steep learning curve on our side!
