Project Health Checks

> Health checks are 3rd party verifications at various points in projects to ensure that best practices are being followed.  Your software vendor may offer this service, but they can be costly and done too late in the project to be helpful.  The Health Check is performed pro-actively by knowledgeable consultants early in the project and can save you having to do costly crisis management.

Consultant Screening (prior to project start)

> The on-the-ground reality is that the quality of an implementation can vary widely, even within the same consulting firm.  Sometimes you have to “roll the dice” with a junior person and just hope they can muddle through.  Our service takes the burden of the individual consultant interviews and ensures the consultant you are assigned is equipped for the project ahead.  The screening includes a technical interview as well as project verifications.
