    We have a strong partnership/relationship with IN-RGY that began with our first meeting to develop our business requirements, followed by working side by side for our system configuration and implementation. This strong relationship remains in tact today as we continue to value the support and expertise they bring to the post-live phase of the project (Training, configuration updates, quality control, etc.). Our project required a lot of flexibility on the part of our implementation partner and IN-RGY handled all of it with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to see us be successful.
    Selecting the right partner is critical to the success of an implementation of this nature and IN-RGY was absolutely the correct partner for us.

    Sales touted the software as one software inclusive of timekeeping, payroll, recruiting, hr, etc. but honestly after integration it becomes pretty clear that it is a bunch of softwares pieced together. Timekeeping is a separate system from Payroll with an integration. Recruiting and onboarding is a separate system as well tied in through integration. The end-user experience for administrators is not as seamless as you would expect for a an inclusive software.

    We had a difficult time working directly with the UKG project team, so we engaged IN-RGY to help us on the Workforce Management side of the implementation. IN-RGY rose to the occasion and helped us meet our requirements on time. Chris Fang, our key contact at IN-RGY, was especially prudent in understanding what’s the problem and root cause, and then provided us the right resources that helped fix the issue for us. Very happy with the overall support provided by Chris and his team.

    Make sure to address the project as one project, we configured Pro than WFM as 2 parts but if we have to do it again I wil ask to have a high level process to understand the link between both products.
    I’ll also insist to have a representative for UKG in the loop earlier in the process. We faced a lot of change of UKG’s tools so the integrator had to learn it in the same time as us, it had an impact in our project.

    Initially, we had planned to implement the Zaddons suite of products in parallel with our initial Dimensions implementation, but this proved to be far too much work to accomplish. I would recommend that the Zaddons additions (Employee Billboard, Workplan Manager, etc.), be implemented on an existing Dimensions installation, where there is the institutional knowledge required to understand how these modules interact with the base platform (Dimensions).

    The Software is a nice product and is a new product, so it seems that some enhancements will come over time.
