our partners were very knowledgeable and the project ran pretty smoothly. managing any project related integrations seems to be the hardest part. you need a certain part of the data to be ready so there is always a lag, and then you’re pressed for time to get them complete. having strong, detailed requirements and a strong project manager is a must.
