Dayforce really oversold updates to their software that had not been fully built or vetted. Additionally, our overall benefits implementation did not go well. This was completely due to Dayforce’s lack of attention or dedication to our project. It went so poorly that they agreed to review and correct the entire implementation and credited us back a great deal of money.
Lastly, Dayforce does not openly explain that every time you need support or to build something or make a change the cost is exorbitant. They do not do a good job managing service tickets and are nearly impossible to get help urgently.
