Were there any integrations that were particularly important or problematic?
We built about 20 integrations with both on-prem and public cloud systems and vendors. It went well but the key is to know your own file structures and data interactivity to help with a seamless transition.

    Slight change in team

What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software?
The technical system implementer, the file integrations specialist, and the data conversion specialist at Ultimate were absolutely spectacular! However, the project manager did not have it all together, I’d highly recommend having a STRONG internal project leader to act as both internal project manager as well as project manager for the extended Ultimate team. Also, they’ve grown TOO rapidly in that their resources are completely overwhelmed from a time standpoint. I hear they are in the process of a massive hire spree, if you have higher level complexities or need customizations, be diligent about pursuing a tenured, experienced implementation team. All in all, Ultimate truly cares and they are a life long partner for sure!
