    A better understanding of the difference between the two implementation methodologies (Launch and Your Way) offered by Workday would have helped us estimate the likely timeframe and cost of the project. I would also encourage companies to spend more time undertaking the training recommended by Workday in advance of the foundational alignment sessions.
