Tiffany at Agilyx provides quick and high quality turn around on all of the consulting we’ve had over the years with her. We often use her for helping us with reporting, and she may have a template or a report that she has written for others that are similar and can be modified for us. As a result, we get a report, with high confidence that the data is correct quickly, and at a lower cost than we could implement internally.

We had a very tight timescale to implement the new ERP system, however with the help of our Unit4 partner Agilyx, we met that timescale. Kick-off through to implementation took nine months, and although this was a very intense period for all involved, the benefits of the ERP system outweighed the significant amount of hard work from the team.

They engage very well with the client and help to solve not just the ERP solutions but also the expanded finance, HR & Payroll business processes. Hence the End to End process. We were able to run through processes in a test environment to embed training.
We had a knowledgeable trainer who was able to answer ad-hoc queries and had a solid understanding of the ERP and payroll processes in line with legislation.

Myriad has helped me directly with training, as a new U4BW super user, and to my entire team for post-Milestone skills update. We are very impressed with their knowledge and delivery.

More recently, Myriad has helped me with planning some end user training updates as well as my team with planning some arms-length system interfaces. In the past, Myriad has helped my organisation redesign suites of reports, for a previous upgrade.

We utilised Myriad (formerly HighPoint) to help us develop processes prior to go-live and also aid us in creating process manuals and documentations which also double served as vital knowledge transfer.

We have utilised them for the past two years for refreshing and guiding us through End of Year and Start of Year processes. Ben and Julie are fantastic and their out-of-care support always goes above and beyond.

Already looking forward to what courses and training we can do with them next!

Unit 4 support was awful with huge delays in response times and very poor quality responses when we did get them. If we didn’t have Bjarte from Myriad on the Project we would not have gone live in the timescales we planned for.
We went live on the same week as Covid-19 lockdown, therefore, there was no staff on site to receive the training. It was a great fall back to have all the online learning modules and quick cards developed by Myriad to fall back on or we would have had to postpone the go live. The quality of these training materials is excellent.
Myriad was supportive and responsive from day one and they were very easy to do business with.

Myriad Consulting provided the initial training during our ERP implementation and additional training for new staff joining the teams and before we implemented new functionality. Myriad has also assisted with some small implementations of additional functionality after the initial implementation. This review specifically covers the training aspect of the work Myriad has provided to our organisation. The Myriad staff that have worked with us have been excellent trainers who are very knowledgable about the Unit4 product and have kept up with new functionality as it is released. Myriad has also been very adaptable to working with a global organisation and have moved most of their training courses online to provide us with virtual training across many time zones and have also customised their courses to meet our specific needs.
The questions keep asking about Unit4 rather than the consulting company. Unit4 has completely changed over the last 8 years since we have been dealing with them. Our initial experiences with Unit4 during implementation were very mixed. The consultants were knowledgeable but the implementation process was flawed. In recent years this has changed and Unit4 is much more customer service orientated and are responsive to listening and resolving issues that are brought to them. Unit4 have become much more knowledgable about the needs of the non profit sector and are slowly adding the features that non-profit organisations require in an ERP.

Unit4 not was not able to provide a viable solution for Sales Invoice processing through consultancy either.
Myriad Consulting was able to provide a working solution for the issue which took more time and was more expensive.

This is not rocket science. U4 should have a clearer more concise implementation process to reduce uncertainty. I get better value from my current implementation partner than from most of direct engagements with the U4 organisation

Very challenging timescales resulted in not all modules being implemented, but on reflection the original plan was perhaps unrealistic.
Our delivery partner, Myriad, ensured the core modules were implemented on time to allow us to pay staff, suppliers and adopt our new automated control framework via the configured workflows.

Myriad ensured all key stakeholders were kept informed on progress/implementation throughout.
