David West-Lewis and Michael Quinn have been exceptional as part of the internal project that I have been working on with them to migrate our RCP on premise module to the main UBW set up in the Cloud. The expertise that they have on the RCP module is just incredible and has been invaluable to me and my team and is the reason that this project has been so successful to date.
We have experienced some problems along the way due to the initial implementation which they were not part of. They have been helpful above and beyond what I expected, and it has meant that we have an RCP module functioning to its fullest potential.

It has been a successful partnering journey so far. I would say it is important to always measure the forecasted and actual timescale on a project plan to help keep on track (with all known stages included) and allow the plan to evolve, reviewing regularly. My advice would be to allow time within an implementation to breathe and reflect. From our experience, there are many internal and external factors to consider and these need to be carefully managed to make the most efficient use of resources in a timely fashion. Be aware, deviations will happen and it is important these need to be considered and managed carefully to avoid scope creep.

Mike Quinn and David West-Lewis were nothing short of superstars on our project. They really listened to our requirements and helped guide us through how they could deliver the report data we needed, highlighting minor compromises that might be needed along the way – so we really felt informed and prepared for what could be achieved. Our end product still surpassed our expectations when delivered, and our users have been very happy with the report’s data, appearance, and ease of use. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again!

The implementation of RCP was stalling at our organisation for a number of reasons. The introduction of the external consultants David West-Lewis and Mike Quinn helped reinvigorate this project and they were pivotal in getting us to the point of going live. Since implementation both consultants have been tremendous in supporting any technical issues arising and have always provided solutions. We are currently in the process of going through a milestone upgrade to our system and again both consultants have been excellent. Finally once upgraded we will be looking to work together on possible future developments/enhancements to our system.

Selecting an ERP system that is flexible and within budget can be a formidable challenge. We would be in serious trouble if it was not for Trude Halvorsen and Arribatec. We purchased a system that was largely European based and the domestic knowledge does not exist in great supply. As a Chief Information Officer, I have worked with many vendors and I trust Trude emphatically. She is a real source of truth and technical expertise. Throughout the time, pain and cost of implementation I know that Arribatec is committed to my success.

The team we have from Integra is very professional. They have depth of product knowledge and business knowledge. The PM also carry out some of the BA function, a well combination of this project. The lead IC is a product expert. The implementation of rolling out bank reconciliation and income manager so far are going well according to the plan, and we expect to go live this month. We are satisfied with the consultant’s work.
