Jackie and provides ongoing support for our system administration. She is quick to think about other downstream impacts that may be affected by proposed changes / system modifications. Additionally, she is quick to open a ticket with UKG if required to solve an issue. The ongoing support agreement has been beneficial for us at this time and allowed us to not hire a system administrator.

Before we move forward with another workforce management study, it’s important that we first strengthen our internal foundation and streamline existing processes.

Having the consultant involved would be highly valuable—they bring deep expertise that can support the broader group and help shape the direction more effectively.

During the last engagement, the knowledge transfer from Axium to our internal teams played a key role, and continuing that kind of collaboration would be beneficial as we move ahead.

Tom and Dan did a great job meeting our needs. Everytime I wanted something changed, Tom was happy to accommodate. Most of the time delay in the project was due to me and my team with not having the time to get Tom all the data he needed. Otherwise, everything would have been done on time.

What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
In working with Axsium as our system integrator and implementing UKG Ready TLM, we learned how critical it is to involve the right experts early on. Bringing Axsium into the decision-making, scoping, and discovery phases allowed us to catch potential issues and plan comprehensively before diving into the build. This early involvement set us up for a smoother journey, addressing key project details upfront.

One key lesson was about budgeting. Coordinating with Axsium at key points kept our resource use efficient, helping us manage costs and stay on top of the project budget. Their expertise in navigating the project lifecycle allowed us to avoid unnecessary expenses that can quickly emerge in complex integrations.

Axsium’s role in change management was invaluable. Their deep understanding of UKG Ready TLM helped us tremendously during training sessions, equipping our team with practical insights and making the transition smoother. Engaging Axsium at these stages wasn’t just helpful; it was essential for a timely, cost-effective, and well-executed project. Looking back, the partnership with Axsium streamlined our experience with UKG Ready TLM, making a challenging project much more manageable.
