CloudRock really took the time to understand the complexity of our business and build key stakeholder relationships meaning they were seen as part of an extended team instead of a third party partner. The project team were very knowledgeable, provided pragmatic solutions and went above and beyond.

A better understanding of the difference between the two implementation methodologies (Launch and Your Way) offered by Workday would have helped us estimate the likely timeframe and cost of the project. I would also encourage companies to spend more time undertaking the training recommended by Workday in advance of the foundational alignment sessions.

I have found CloudRock both knowledgeable and flexible in their delivery approach. All projects are dynamic and CloudRock have been able to meet our needs/requirements at every stage of the project. The team assigned to us had a ‘can do’ attitude and often went beyond their remit to ensure we delivered
