CodeBot is a great product. Clients who have a strong internal team and/or have a client advocate can expect to see gains in efficiency as well as a way to get accurate documentation of their HR Solution. This is a common gap and working without documentation makes it difficult or even risky to make decisions and changes.
We use CodeBot to help with program management, release management and other governance activities. These are the things that often get missed and are critical to adoption.
