We extracted key data from our UltiPro/UKG database into excel files that can be used to populate an archive platform, to validate an archive platform, and/or to conduct ongoing daily research work. The process required much work to learn/navigate the nuances of the data and database, but Venkata Kasara at COM4 Global was the person for the job. He was knowledgeable about UltiPro data configuration and database structure, and he was skilled at reporting via both BI and SQL. Just as importantly, Venkata listened to our requirements, discussed the considerations for complex situations, and provided honest useful insights. It took much collaborative effort and flexibility to work through the many data challenges that we encountered during this project, but thanks to Venkata’s partnership, the project was a success!

COM4 provided excellent and timely service and communication. If you have a file need and use UKG as your HRIS, you should definitely use COM4 for file builds – much more timely and communicative than UKG itself.

I think that Donesafe did a good job overall in executing the project requirements. The issue is that we discovered many bugs during the testing phase which is not Donesafe’s fault, these were unknown issues that came to light. Donesafe was very patient in working on the project until we felt it was as good as it could be. Thus the time to completion was double the time expected.

Pandu is an incredible talent. He has worked with us on previous implementations and we are very lucky and grateful he has been available for this project. Our data conversion mapping/translation requirements are quite complex, and Pandu tackles it all with incredible speed and accuracy. He has a terrific attitude, easily adapts to requirement changes, and always offers valuable suggestions and guidance. We still have a long way to go on the project and have no doubt that his contributions will continue to impress and ensure success.

The consultants are well versed in benefits and payroll, so when we needed to create custom interfaces with complex requirements they were able to provide options that minimized errors and supported efficient processes. They offered great recommendations. In fact they were able to deliver a custom file feed that met our business requirements when senior development members with Ultimate Software let us know that such file logic could not be built.
