      The user adoption team from this vendor is excellent and responsive. The solution development side was a bit rough. There was no clear direction from the vendor in developing the Telestaff solution. We asked for documentation of what was collected and developed but no information was provided till date. We recommend for UKG to have a playbook of the features and options available for the customers to select from. The Dimension side was already decided from the beginning of the project and was smoothly adopted across the board.

      Colorado Judicial Department requested Kronos Professional Services assistance with an Accrual Balance Reset for 1,000 employees. Connors Group reviewed the accrual balance reset requirements as well as current system to confirm understanding. Connors Group assisted with the testing and load of new accrual balances utilizing the Data Import Tool. This includes an assessment, configuration in development, support testing, promote to production, and support at go live. This was an extremely complex issue that was fully resolved.
