Our parent company gave us 60 days to do an implementation. Courtney has been a dream to work with and facilitated us meeting the deadline of 3/1. There were some hiccups with benefits providers that have slowed down the file feeds so we are still manual in some areas of payroll.

We came to CORE HCM after our initial implementation of the UKG Pro Suite Software. Unfortunately, a lot of items were not correct, and we needed assistance to get the most out the software. We have been working with Jaime for over a year on our cleanup of the software. She is absolutely amazing and knows her stuff! Together we have made great strides in the cleanup and I know we could not have done it without her. We have a continued partnership with Core HCM and Jaime! I cannot speak more highly of this firm and would recommend them again and again.

Dana was absolutely fantastic. We implemented recruiting first and then onboarding. She provided guidance and direction so we could make the best decisions for our company and how we could best use the software. She wasn’t afraid to let us know if we needed to rethink items or what they system limitations were.
