The move from Workforce Central to newer technologies added quite a few capabilities, but also removed some capabilities. For those removed capabilities, the team needed to find alternate means to accomplish existing workflows, and (at times) acknowledge limitations.

EPI USE team has been a blessing to our company. UKG as for the product I am not as pleased with . Sarah Cruz and team have been easy to work with and I will hope to continue to work with them on future projects
