At the beginning, a lack of expertise at implementing a ERP solution was an issue. (methodology and knowledge of the product.
Overtime, things improved , a methodology was followed and the arrival of the actual Levio’s team contributed to a final implementation.

– The project took longer than expected
– The integration phase has been more complexed than expected
– Some APIs and web services are sometimes not reliable (example : API POST Purchase Order)
– Lot of performance problem are appearing (on invoice process, sales order document generation process…)
– ERP Connex / Levio is very helpful, professional, give good advice and is proactive.

Andrew Farrell at Levio is an excellent consultant who has been a great support. We have also appreciated working with Jason Yuen at Unit4 who is organized and very responsive. Unit4 resources assigned to the project changed a few times at the beginning which interrupted the schedule. Although we are existing users of Unit4 and are very familiar with the system, we have found parts of the configuration very difficult since the system has some particularities to work around.
